The Palouse region is an agrarian based community nestled in the rolling hills of south eastern
Washington State. The Palouse Arts Council is based in Palouse, Washington, a town of approximately 1000 art and culture starved residents. Palouse neighbors both the University of Idaho and Washington State University.
